HOW IT WORKS

How it works

Days 1-2: Kickoff + data access

90-minute kickoff call to align on your context, current state, and the 3 biggest questions you want answered. You provide read-only access to your CRM, billing system, and any GTM tools you use (HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, Mixpanel, Calendly, etc.). I confirm the scope.

Days 3-10: Deep diagnostic work

I work through the 10 levers in priority order, pulling data from your actual systems where possible, supplementing with structured interviews of your commercial team (typically 2 to 4 people, 30 min each). You stay focused on running the business; I do the diagnostic work.

Days 11-12: Synthesis

I compile findings into the written diagnosis, run sequencing logic, and quantify opportunities. First draft of the recommendation.

Days 13-14: Readout + handoff

60 to 90 minute readout with you and your team. Walk through findings, answer questions, and lock the recommendation. You leave with the written diagnosis as a PDF, ready to act on.
