HOW IT WORKS
How it works
Weeks 1-2: Diagnostic phase
Same as the standalone Diagnostic. Kickoff, data access, deep diagnostic work, written diagnosis, readout. By end of week 2, you have a complete picture of your commercial state plus the sequenced action plan for the Playbook phase.
Week 3: Buffer + Playbook scoping
A breathing week between phases. You digest the Diagnostic findings and align internally. We do a 90-minute Playbook scoping call to confirm which levers need the deepest treatment based on Diagnostic findings. No drafting yet, just scoping and prep so the Playbook phase starts clean.
Weeks 4-5: Playbook drafting
I work through the 10 levers in the priority order surfaced by the Diagnostic. First draft delivered end of week 5.
Week 6: Review + revisions
You and your team review. 90-minute working session for feedback. I incorporate. Second draft delivered.
Week 7: Lockdown + rollout
Final Playbook locked. 2-hour team rollout session. 30-day support window opens.
